...And It's still hungry!
Something slinks in the sewers - does it sound familiar? Based on King’s 1986 horror novel, which was originally made into a miniseries in 1990, the chilling flick is set in a small American town where children regularly go missing — snatched by Pennywise the Clown.
The new It's trailer released in March 30 and it's chilling as hell! If you are familiar with Stephen King's work you ight know there is no King-story without that creepy atmosphere but we can't say that all the movie adaptations happened to be as good as the books are, not even similar. I - myself - by the way, loved the old Pennywise as well.
We all can at least confirm that this film looks damn horrifying. I'm not sure what this movie is going to be like, but the sight and the design looks really good, especially this new victorian-medieval costume Pennywise wears in the movie - designed and made by costume designer Janie Bryant.
“The costume definitely incorporates all these otherworldly past lives, if you will,” Bryant told Entertainment Weekly. “He is definitely a clown from a different time.”
Prepare yourself for a - hopefully - outstanding Stephen King experience that will be released in September 8 following a bunch of creepy clown sightings across the US that the film makers are taking at least partial responsibility for, claiming the craze was a viral marketing stunt to promote the film, excite and recruit audiance.
